§ 14-6. Employee handbook.

  • The city manager shall promulgate an employee handbook and shall distribute the same to every employee of the City of Clarkston. The employee handbook shall set forth the key policies, goals, benefits and expectations of employment with the city. The content of the employee handbook shall be determined by the city manager, so long as it is consistent with the terms of the City Charter and Code of Ordinances, as well as applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
