§ 1-4. Provisions considered as continuations of existing ordinances, etc.

Latest version.

The provisions of this Code, so far as they are in substance the same as those ordinances existing at the time of the effective date of this Code, shall be considered as continuing and superseding those ordinances and not as new enactments.
