Chapter 2.5. ADULT ENTERTAINMENT ESTABLISHMENTS

§ 2.5-6. Operation of unregulated premises unlawful.

It is unlawful for any person, firm, partnership, corporation or other entity to operate an adult bookstore, adult motion picture theater, adult mini-motion picture theater, adult video store, adult hotel or motel, adult motion picture arcade, encounter center or rap establishment, escort bureau, adult dancing establishment, or explicit media outlet, as defined herein, unless such business shall have a currently valid occupation tax certificate or shall have made proper application for renewal with the time required thereof under this chapter, which occupation tax certificate shall not be under suspension or permanently or conditionally revoked.
