§ 2.5-22. City council hearing.

Whenever the city clerk has scheduled an appeal before the city council, at the time and date set therefore, the council shall receive all relevant duly sworn testimony and evidence from the applicant, any witness he may wish to call, from interested parties and from the city staff. The city council may sustain, overrule or modify the action complained of based upon the evidence submitted to it. The action of the city council shall be final.
